The National Agency, Upside Realty, has just launched a large recruitment drive, with 60 full -time real estate agents advertised, in nearly 15 regions throughout the country.
The latest sales director, James Kirkland, said the agency also estimated that he would have further opportunities available in the coming months.
Work is distributed throughout NSW, Victoria, QLD and Law – all areas where we operate. While most of the positions we fill are in Sydney and Melbourne, we also talk to many agents in rural areas, “said Mr. Mr. Kirkland, noted that the regional market was booming right now and in all boards rose 11.4 percent since now last year.

So far we have a strong interest from applicants, especially during locking as many agents realize to trade through this, they may not be able to continue traditional paths.”
We have fostered a substantial market share through Covid because of our ability to continue trading.”
Since the first day we have a digital offer, with a special technology platform – which was invested by Ray White, in an $ 3 million agreement early last year – and now in a position from which we can expand.”
The National Agency was built around digital offers with advanced technology, a leading supporting system, a strong internal culture and communication between home -based real estate agents established through cloud -based technology.
Another large lottery card is set to minimize the time of the agent admin – up to 75 percent – and maximize sales and opportunities and job satisfaction.
Responding to the current recruitment encouragement, Kirkland said the applicant caliber was higher than they had ever seen.
We see agents with track records and high volume history – better than what we have seen before.”
Candidates must have a minimum of two years experience, a strong personal brand, driven by processes and awareness in their local area and the willingness to embrace new technology,” he added.
