Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi will speak to the High Council Senate on Wednesday on the political crisis that can bring down his government and trigger an initial election during international commotion and economic disappointment.
Draghi submitted his resignation last week after the 5 -star Populist movement refused to support his extent in the voting of parliamentary trust.
President Sergio Mattarella rejected his resignation and instead asked him to speak to parliament, hoping he would find a solution that allowed him to remain in office until the end of the legislature in early 2023.

Senator was summoned for 9.30 in the morning (0730 GMT) and the results of the voting in the Prime Minister’s speech were expected at 7.30 pm. (1730 GMT). The debate about the future of the government is also expected to take place at the Low Council on Thursday.

If Draghi believes that his government cannot be revived, he will submit his resignation once again to President Mattarella, it is almost certain to open the way for the elections at the end of September or early October.
Italy has not yet had an autumn election since the second world war because it was a period that was usually reserved to compile a budget.
The Fitch Credit Rating Board said on Monday that Draghi’s resignation would make structural reform and fiscal consolidation increasingly challenging in Italy, which has a debt to the second highest GDP in Europe after Greece.
